Blind And Handicaps Development Society was raised in the year 2003 with the sole aim of provide equal opportunities to the blind and handicapped children. It is education vocational training for blind and handicapped children. Effort are to reach Individual's who are blind and handicapped and need of services and have on alternate source. so this society is getting success in achieving its mission In years to come this society will try discus on the quality of services which is being provide to the disabled people. Proper management techniques, skilled staff will be the guiding with for the quality services, so far as the generation of funds for services, development of the community and other stake holders is desired. I want to thanks for all the members and community member, staff members for helping in achieving our mission in this year.

Introduction of the society
Present NGO Blind And Handicaps Development Society is working in the grass root, it is registered under societies Registration Act-1860. This is NGO is basically working in the field of special Education, Vocational training for rural youths, Education for blind and handicapped children various community development programs and actions for growing quality food etc. Registered office of the society is at village Bahowal (Mahilpur) District Hoshiarpur.
